Debbie Bishop brings a strong foundation in accounting, financial management, and operational support to Top Rail Solutions. A graduate of Pittsburg State University with a BBA in Accounting, Debbie earned her CPA designation in 1996 and applies her financial expertise to help guide Top Rail Solutions' growth and continued success.
